Itinerary Outline

Begin with pickup from your Darwin City Hotel at 3 pm and journey a short distance out into the northern suburbs to start your education in the mythical art of brewing.  Experts at their craft and eager to impart knowledge of the ages the team at Darwin Brewing Supplies take you through the science, mechanics and ingredients of micro brewing.  From there we trot up the road to Beaver Brewery to wrap our lips around some of the unique amber golds here and learn the story behind this successful local brewer.  Grab a bite to eat at the feature pop-up cafe before continuing the pilgrimage to Willings Gin Distillery.  Here, Dave and team roll out the GIN red carpet and take us through some of their best Gins and the process of creation.

Our final feature location is the heady heights of the Rooftop Bar at Zen Ramada.  Enjoy the in house nibbles and their signature cocktail ... the Santorini !  Soak up the golden rays of the setting sun whilst marvelling at all that is below.

Having completed the Top End Taste Safari - Magic Micro it is time to return you to your real lives :)
